Anonymized project evidence

Philippine energy case studies without client exposure

We publish transferable engineering and operating lessons while withholding precise location, people, company identity and commercially sensitive values.

When this matters

  • Operators want proof of method without exposing another client.
  • The decision crosses operating, electrical, commercial or regulatory boundaries.
  • Management needs a defensible next step before committing capital.
02

What we evaluate

  • We distinguish measured results, observed changes, modelled opportunities and claims that remain unverified.
  • Available bills, interval data, drawings, settings, contracts and operating records.
  • Assumptions, contradictions, missing evidence and the party responsible for each dependency.
03

What you receive

  • A concise evidence chain that another facility can use to frame its own diagnostic.
  • A decision memo that separates verified facts from assumptions.
  • Prioritized actions, owners and acceptance evidence for the next stage.

A controlled path from question to evidence

Question → evidence → decision → acceptance

Every scope states what is known, what remains open, who owns the dependency and how the result will be verified.

European experience • Philippine application

Solar experience since 2009. Local decisions, not copied designs.

Our Philippine advisory work draws on European solar experience dating to 2009, documented by Solarni Panely.CZ. That background includes solar, storage, backup and commissioning. The date describes European experience; it is not the incorporation date of Secure Solar Systems Inc. or a claim of Philippine operation since 2009.

Battery cabinets during installation in Brno, Czechia; not the final handover condition

985.6 kWh battery reference • Czechia

The source records 64 × 15.4 kWh BYD modules for backup and storing solar energy. The photograph documents installation, not a finished safety inspection. It is a European reference, not a Philippine project or a promise of usable AC capacity.

Rooftop PV • European project archive

The Kociánka reference illustrates an actual rooftop installation. For a Philippine site, roof structure, wind exposure, corrosion, drainage, access and electrical interfaces need their own assessment. The image is not evidence of typhoon certification or a transferable savings figure.

Start with clarity, not a purchase

Free initial solar + BESS assessment

Tell us what you need to improve: electricity cost, reliable power, an existing system or a public procurement. We start with a no-obligation desktop review of the information you provide.

First: free initial assessment

You receive a short response identifying the apparent priority, missing information and a recommended next step. No site visit, measurements, engineering design, legal opinion or certification is included.

If useful: an agreed engineering scope

Only after the free assessment, we can send a separate proposal with scope, deliverables, fee and timing. It can cover measured loads, solar yield, BESS sizing, tender risks, cybersecurity or lifecycle cost. Nothing starts until you approve it.

Do not attach bills, diagrams, credentials or other sensitive files here. We will agree a secure transfer route after initial contact.

The initial desktop assessment is free. Any detailed work begins only after you approve a separate scope and proposal.

Public entities: preliminary contact does not confer preferred-bidder status or authorize an award. Any subsequent engagement must follow the applicable procurement process.
